WEB SITE LAUNCHED FOR CROSS-MEDIA AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT

January 9th 2008 05:00

Editor and Publisher reports that the World Association of Newspapers has launched a web site Really Long Link to promote the use of cross-media audience measurements that will allow publishers to provide a more complete picture of their reach than print circulation alone.
The web site for the Media Measurement Initiative Task Force contains research regarding the changing landscape of online media measurement and the development of standardised print and web measurement practices.
The Paris-based World Association of Newspapers is the global organisation for the newspaper industry. It defends and promotes the professional and business interests of newspapers world-wide.
