M2M CORP COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF HONG HONG’S XIGITAL SOLUTIONS

m2m Corporation Ltd has completed the acquisition of Xigital Solutions Ltd.
Xigital is now a wholly owned subsidiary of m2m’s Hong Kong-based technology holding company, Starband Communications Ltd, and will continue to expand its already profitable Online Service’s business and now, with the backing of m2m, will look to expand further into China.
Xigital is also responsible for developing and tailoring the company’s Whizfone’s and Sipme’s service provisions for markets in Vietnam and other parts of Asia.
Its technical team is already in the advanced stages of developing the Whizfone and Sipme services into Chinese and Vietnamese languages, and expects to launch its services in other languages in February 2008.
